I am working with a reputable insurance brokerage that is looking for a CSR to handle Group Home & Auto insurance calls. Calls can include questions about their coverage, reviewing or updated policy details, determining changes in their customers needs and providing recommendations, explain coverage, claims handling, remarketing accounts where appropriate.
Qualifying candidates must hole a valid RIBO license, or and OTL and willing to obtain a RIBO. Must have a minimum of 1-year experience servicing home and auto insurance customers. Call Center and TAM experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10 to 6, with the option to work 8:30 to 4:30 when that shift becomes available. Must also be flexible to work 12 to 7:30 once per week.
