We are looking for an active and engaged insurance leader to help a niche product provider pioneer an emerging class of insurance. This involves engaging with all levels of industry professionals, both outside and within the company, with an entrepreneurial mindset in a fast-paced environment. You will spend the majority of your time visiting brokerages and creating professional connections through seminars and in-person support opportunities in order to help brokers understand how to market company products. You will help the company grow and step into the future. As a leader in the department you will establish and help maintain relationships by representing the forward-thinking culture and practices of our client. You are a veteran of the insurance sales world ready for an opportunity to both utilize your wisdom as well as explore new markets. You must be comfortable with technology and have the ability to learn new software quickly. You are able to help people grasp new concepts and feel comfortable with new ideas. This job requires significant travel and as such you must be able to survive as a lone wolf on the road quite frequently. You embrace situations where you can be a difference maker and are willing to make sacrifices for the betterment of the team. Speaking to people of all types whether it be in a group or one on one setting comes easily to you. Most importantly you must be an expert relationship builder.
Level II License
At least 7 years in P&C insurance experience
Able to laugh at jokes that aren’t that funny in order to make clients happy
Management or leadership experience
CIP and/or CAIB would be considered an asset
