Our client is looking for a Branch Manager to provide strong leadership to their staff while also maintaining a small book of commercial business. The office provides service for both personal lines and commercial lines. Working in conjunction with upper management you will be responsible for managing the branch, including high level correspondence and management of insurer relationships, budgeting, performance reviews and leadership of staff.

Overall accountability for the financial results of the branch
Coach employees to meet sales targets
Manage a small commercial book of business

You have some previous management or leadership experience and are well versed in personal lines and commercial lines insurance. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and engaging personality for this role.
Previous management experience within the insurance industry
Minimum 5 years of insurance experience
Strong business and financial acumen
Good presentation skills
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills – the ability to motivate others
Ability to coach and mentor a varying degree of experience with the office
Level 2 License
